Welcome to this old spacious home.
Few minutes walk to the Japanese Garden and Esquimalt Gorge park and pavilion. Close to shops, groceries, Peakers community center and Gorge Vale golf course nearby.
Bus routes are steps away and access to all major arterial routes.Just 13 minutes bike ride to downtown. 11 minutes bus ride.

Fenced backyard with a big garden for you to hang out in summers.

Enjoy this beautiful old house with a separate entrance.
There are three bedrooms. Master bedroom with a queen bed and crib, second bedroom with one queen bed, third bedroom/office with 1 single bed and work space. One sofa bed in the living room. Please don’t put your feet on the coffee table in the living room and keep your kids away from the coffee table (risk of toppling and breaking)

If your baby/ infant will be using the crib please bring their own blankets (crib sheets will be provided). The crib can only accommodate one infant. If more than 1 infant please bring their own bassinet or play pen to sleep.

The laundry room is in the backyard. A key will be provided to use the laundry room. Please responsibly close the laundry room after use and put the key back in its place.
You will have to press hard on the dryer door (marked on the dryer where to press) to lock it- if you don’t do that it will probably not start.
There are two standing fans for you to use.
