Summary: The house was clean and generally as described, but there were a few disappointments. We chose this rental because it was listed as having a fenced yard and we were traveling with dogs, but the yard was not fully enclosed—there were wide open areas on each side of the house with no gates, so we couldn’t safely let the dogs out. The beds also weren’t fully made; each only had a fitted sheet and comforter, with pillow shams instead of standard pillowcases and no top sheet or blanket. Lastly, one of the main-floor bedroom doors wasn’t even attached to hinges—it was just propped in the doorway. Thankfully, we didn’t need that room, but it would’ve been an issue if we had a full group.
