The space
The cottage is a walk out set on an acre with direct access onto the beach. Both levels have a full bathroom with walk in showers and 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, the master bedroom having direct access onto the upper balcony.
The main level boost amazing views from the large windows with an open plan kitchen,dining,living area. And on the lower level another large open space with sectional sofa and smart TV, Along with some games for the family to enjoy.
From the lower level access to the large concrete deck area with large patio table and ample of lawn for your enjoyment.
Guest access
As guests you have access to the full cottage and lawn area right to the beach.
Head slightly to the right along the bank and you will be able to walk right onto the beach.
Other things to note
With in the private cul de sac we have completed a second cottage available for reservations. The cottages sit on 1-2 acre lots and are located far enough apart for privacy within each cottage, you have your own outdoor space, however if you are looking for multiple family/ larger group stays there is the option of booking the second Bakers Bay cottage- "Tidal Bay cottage".
