The apartment is on ground level and a good option for people who don’t want to deal with stairs, with no steps from the time you get out of your vehicle right on into the apartment and inside the entire apartment. There is a 2” step up into the entranceway door. It has a kitchen with full size appliances and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a trundle bed that has two twins. The patio has a barbecue and leads onto a grassed backyard. At the back of the property there are trees that lead down to the bay. There are no buildings behind the apartment, which helps to make this place very quiet and relaxing. A good place to listen to the birds and feel the breeze off the bay. My sister, who is a writer, said it is a writers retreat.
When you go out of the unit through the parking area, and turn right, the bay is a two minute walk away. I love to wander down onto the beach and walk along the waters edge.
