Laundry (washer‑dryer) and high‑speed Wi‑Fi.
The only exceptions : the owners’ closet and the maintenance shed (both locked).
For everything else, make yourself at home!

We kindly ask that you respect this limit.
We’d be happy to welcome your furry friend! Pets are welcome upon prior approval, and an additional fee applies. Feel free to reach out with some details about your four-legged companion so we can confirm their stay.
Quiet period: from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m loud music and conversations are prohibited outside.
If you wish to extend the evening after 10 p.m please do so inside the villa, with doors and windows closed, to limit noise.
