Perfect for a gateway anytime of year, located in Utterson, Water's Edge is only a 15 minute drive to Arrow Head provincial park with a social media worthy skating trail in the winter time and plenty of beautiful hikes in the summer time. Water's Edge has 250 ft of frontage with a large dock perfect for enjoying beautiful Mary Lake. The water front is perfect for kids offering shallow water entry and getting dipper as you swim out.
The main cottage is open concept with cathedral ceilings and a large Muskoka stone fireplace. The kitchen is quite beautiful and completely renovated in 2020. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a spacious ensuite with shower. For those who enjoy experiencing the outside from the inside this property offers a large Muskoka room and if you choose to go outside a large wrap around deck. There is a bbq and firepit perfect for making your family dinner and then enjoying s'mores by the water after a long day exploring Mary Lake. The exterior of the property is beautifully landscaped with a vegetable/ herb garden.
For those families with older children who want their own space this property offers a 2 story bunkie. The second floor has 2 beds and a bunk bed. The main floor is set up for kids to hang. Ping pong table.
