We provide guests access to our entire home. Guests can use all parts of our home including the laundry, the backyard space, the sun room, the hot tub and river are to be used at your own risk. The shed is not accessible to the guests.

Remeber to secure all doors to remain this comfortable sanctuary.
Occasionally, you might spot other wildlife such as skunks and raccoons, a testament to the authenticity of your country experience. As for our tinier uninvited guests like mice, ants and earwigs rest assured we take preventative measures seriously. Our property undergoes regular inspections to maintain a rodent-free environment, and each room, including the kitchen and hallway, features rodent deterrents however, as nature is mysterious, sometimes you will encounter pesky insects inside. We do our best with traps as well as natural remedies, however, some still sneak in. We kindly request that you do not unplug or remove the devices.
In the unlikely event that a small critter does make an unscheduled appearance, we urge you to notify us immediately. Our team is committed to ensuring your stay remains as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, and will swiftly address the situation.

Ye Olde Sailor is not for parties or events. Guests are limited to the 6 people, unless separate arrangements are made to make sure your plans align with acceptable use. Out of respect for the residential community, this is not intended to be a "party house."
