We’ve been informed that a few steps on the staircase leading to the apartment feel slightly loose. We’ve had them inspected, and we want to reassure you that the staircase is safe and secure — the steps are stable and not at risk of falling. That said, we kindly ask that you use caution when going up and down the stairs. The property is located on the second floor of the building.

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID and selfie, agreement to rhouse rules, and security deposit if applicable). If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of 70$ per person/ per day will apply automatically.
