Summary: We really appreciated that breakfast was available anytime, it’s laid out during certain hours but we could help ourselves anytime. We were in the third floor in a room with a bathroom. The room is between the shared bathroom and laundry so it was very noisy. The cleanliness was not up to par, there was a dirty facecloth in our bathroom upon check in, the kitchen tables were often dirty and garbage overflowing, the shared refrigerator was so stuffed full and unusable. When we requested room cleaning it was either not done or half done (ie garbage not empty or towels taken but not replaced).
