CABIN # 4 is one of our 6 simple, little cabins (1- room units plus bathroom) and it is just a few walking minutes away from the beautiful sandy beach in Cape Tormentine.
From the beach you can enjoy the view on the Confederation bridge and Prince Edward Island. The Confederation Bridge is just 7 driving minutes away and perfect for day trips to PEI.
CABIN # 4 is a small one-room unit with 2 double size beds, a small full bathroom, writing desk, little flat screen satellite TV, free internet, small fridge, coffee maker, micro wave oven, base board heater and air conditioner A/C
On the property, for your convenience, we built a little common cook house (common kitchen) equipped with sink, a larger fridge, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, hot plate, Micro wave oven, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, toaster oven and more.
Fire pit, swing and slide set and outdoor shower will make you enjoy or tiny cozy place in a quiet rural area.
The Coastal Cabins are self-catering and self-house keeping units. (bedding, towels, body wash, hand soap, hand sanitizer are provided.
Beach Towels are available for rent. ($3.00 per towel)

The Coastal Cabins were established in 1960.
We, Gunther and Silvia, took over the place in 2017.
Although, we assume, there was always some work done over the past 60 years we decided to do some renovations to make your stay as comfortable as possible:
spring 2017 - we built a little common kitchen house for more convenience
fall 2018- all 6 cabins got a brand new steal roof
summer 2019- Gunther built a comfortable outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Our guests love it!
fall 2019- we put cozy pine boards on all the walls including the bathrooms, each cabin has got an air conditioner installed.
spring 2020- new deck
summer 2021- lobster cooking station with propane and lobster pot
