While being conveniently located less than two miles from town, the property is very secluded on it's 800' of private lake frontage. This newly decorated 100 year old cottage contains many modern conveniences while maintaining it's original rustic charm. Upstairs you'll find a large bedroom with a king sized bed, and a pullout twin trundle . The first floor contains a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and large wraparound screened in porch with a full sized Murphy bed and an alcove with a twin bed.
Pine Point is about the most peaceful place on the planet. The Lake is quiet with few motor boats. It looks onto Mt. Katahdin from the front campfire area and back deck.
