Welcome to our cottage, "Amazing Grace Cove" (AGC), at FOREST GROVE 175 — a bright and cozy 3-bedroom cottage in the Forest Grove community of Sherkston Shores Resort!
The resort is located on Lake Erie, in Port Colborne, Canada, ½ hour to Niagara Falls, 1 ½ hours to Toronto, and ½ hour to the Buffalo New York, and has 2 ½ acres of beautiful sandy beaches, Elco Beach, Wyldewood Beach and Sunset Beach. Jet ski/boat launches are located at Elco and Wyldewood beaches. For Quarry lake/beach water trikes, paddleboards, kayaks, fishing rods.. see the office to purchase rentals.
From the end of June to the beginning of September free outdoor movie nights, concerts, as well as fireworks are held at the Quarry Beach.
The Waterpark has three giant waterslides, 2 heated swimming pools, a kids splashpad, kiddie shallow pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, giant checker & chess boards, as well access to “The FROZEN SUN” Tiki Bar. Purchase a separate all-day, or multiple all-day Waterpark pass at the resort office.
The Funplex is home to the Getaway Bar & Grill, The Alcove Live Entertainment, arcade, kids’ activities and live-band entertainment.
The onsite Sherkston supermarket includes a fresh baked daily bakery, wine & beer store, Cafe Express, laundromat.
Don’t forget to bring your sports gear to use on the tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, ball hockey, at the kids’ skate park. Or attend the tai chi on the beach, yoga, zumba, mini putting, or fitness boot camps. Twice weekly farmers and crafts market during July & August. Many food trucks are onsite within 5 minutes walking distance of the cottage.

AGC is in a prime location, right across (2 minute-walk) from the Entertainment area (Funplex), restaurants, LCBO, grocery store, paid laundry facility, food trucks, pools, mini golf, water slides, sports (tennis, badminton, pickleball...) courts. Wyldewood Beach is 2.5 minutes by golf cart.

• Park Registration Fee: $17.95 per guest (up to a maximum of 8 guests) is required for all guests 6+ years old.
Bedding & Towels: provided.
No Pets & No Smoking: This is a pet-free and smoke-free rental (including the deck area).
Golf Cart: Valid Driver’s License/Photo ID Required: Must be provided before arrival for golf cart use
Resort facilities (pools, water slides, sports courts, etc.) require wristbands, which can be purchased at the Welcome Centre.
GUEST GUIDELINES TO FACILITATE YOUR STAY at AGC:
FINES:
Sherkston security may offer tickets/fines upon violation of speed limit, abuse of one-way streets, or loud noise/music after 11.00 p.m which will be charged to your paid deposit.
Cleaning fee is for a deep clean and disinfecting of the unit. Please ensure you leave the unit like you found it. If the cleaner has to do a clean above and beyond how you found it there will be a $250 loss of your deposit.
Kitchen:
We have dish soap & garbage bags for your use.
Please put kitchen items back where you found them.
Laundry Facilities:
There is a paid laundry facility on the property across the street from AGC, by the LCBO and grocery store.
TV/WIFI/Sound System
Remotes for TV are located on the table inside the cottage.
WIFI - we have our own private Wi-Fi and a Sound System installed behind the TV. (See instructions in the Welcome Package located on a table inside the cottage.)
BBQ
Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned and the propane tank is turned off after each use. Please bring in all BBQ cooking utensils & cedar scraper where you found them. These are to be kept in the kitchen drawer.
There is a spare tank beside the BBQ. If the propane runs out, please let us know right away.
Firepit:
We provide one firewood bundle per visit.
Firewood can be purchased in the park or along the roadside from a local seller.
Fires are allowed but must be put out before going to bed, or stepping away from the cottage. If there are any fire bans during your stay during a dry season, we will notify you.
