This brand new storybook 665 Sq. ft. Tiny House Cottage sits on a meticulously landscaped private 2 acres of gardens and grasses overlooking Coveside Stables (Premier Equestrian Facility), 2 mins to the Village of Chester and 5 mins to the Chester Golf Club. This "not so" Tiny House has all of the amenities of home including air conditioning, a miniature wood stove. and base board heat. The main floor Master suite has a queen size bed with storage and 2 upper lofts each having a double bed and storage. There is a full 3 piece bath, large kitchen and living area. There is full wi-fi access and a flat screen TV, plenty of additional storage space and parking. When not exploring Chester and the myriad of South Shore options available, you can relax in a private back yard with screened in room, barbeque and gardens. There is plenty of room for children and parents to play in the front yard. There is a wonderful fire pit for those memorable starry summer evenings. You may help yourself to fresh veggies and herbs from our amazing raised bed gardens and our chickens will be happy to lay a few eggs for your breakfast. Your vacation experience will expose you to a unique luxury tiny house living experience at its best! Your hosts Sandy and Bill (retired) live in our home in the front part of the Serenity property and will provide as many vacation suggestions and directions needed to keep you as busy as you desire during your stay. We have 2 kayaks for use if you would to explore the waters in and around Chester. If you enjoy golf, Bill can arrange tee time reservations for you at our incredible ocean side golf haven.
