The space
The cottage is brand New and full equip.
On the first floor you will find an open space with the Kitchen, living room and dinning room, perfect for gathering with family and friends. A spacious covered balcony equipped with patio set, relaxing chairs and BBQ. 1 main bedroom with QueenBed+ 1 bathroom with a large shower and a separate laundry room.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with QueenBed, the 2nd bathroom with a ShowerTub and the rooftop terrace to enjoy the sun☀️
In the basement you will find 2 bedrooms with Bunk-bed (8 places), living room and play room with ping pong and pool table, 1 bathroom with shower.
Outside in the back you will find the SPA, the FIRE-PIT area and access to the Red River.
In front of the house you will find the wide parking, kids playground and carport with EV Charger.
