The cottage is located on a large, private lot. The outdoor areas consist of lots of yard space, a bon fire, a large deck with patio furniture and a bbq.
Inside is a cozy, open concept space that is fully equipped with everything you could need.
The kitchen has a big island with power and barstools. It's equipped with all of the essentials.
The dining area has a large dining table. It comes with 6 chairs but there is room for 8, extra chairs can be found in the sunroom if required.
The living room has a sectional couch, a wood stove, a 65" 4K smart TV with Netflix and a DVD player.
The sunroom has comfortable furniture for lounging, with a relaxing view of the nature and water surrounding the cottage.
There is a 32' trailer on the property for extra sleeping. The trailer does have power & AC. Just no plumbing or running water. (additional fee)
To get to the water, you'll go down a long, steep staircase of 91 stairs. At the bottom is the dock. Here you'll find floaties, noodles, kayaks, fishing gear, etc.
