This 3rd floor walkup in a charming brownstone offers a fantastic view of Fort Greene Park, gets lots of natural light (from both the north and south), and is a 5-7 minute walk from virtually every NY subway line. A perfect spot for one of two guests.
As for the area, Fort Greene was named one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world (by TimeOut Magazine) and it's hard to disagree.
