Review Score: 4

Summary: Room heater was turned down to 60 and I still had to have the window open. Finally turned the heater off. The lounge is poorly managed. There is only one person there and if someone in a room orders food the person leaves for up to 20 min. Poor service. When I was checking out I was not acknowledged, the manager there seems to hang out with the staff and it takes away from the paying customers.
