3 Bedroom Cottage in Canandaigua
Located on the Canandaigua Wine and Brewery Trail. This newly renovated cottage is in a private community with shared lake access where you can walk directly out into the water. The property has a partial lake view and is full of beautiful, mature gardens. Relax in the outdoor hot tub or inside on our comfy couch with a direct view of the gas fireplace. The house is fully equipped with all basic amenities and then some. There are also many board and card games for you to enjoy. You can choose to do absolutely nothing or venture out on a short drive around the lake to visit the wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping! Please refer to our house manual for our local dining recommendations and top attractions in the area.
3 bedroom/1 full bath cottage, 0.1 mile walk to a scenic swimming beach. Open floor plan features a kitchen w/dishwasher, dining & family room with vaulted ceilings, skylight & gas fireplace. There is a bonus patio room space with an electric fireplace that is great for relaxing and sipping on coffee/tea. Master bedroom with queen bed, closet, and private vanity space. There are two other bedrooms with full beds and closet spaces. Each room is equipped with a smart TV(bring your app logins) and alarm clocks with USB charging ports. The bathroom has a shower stall only. Outside there are front and back decks with outdoor seating, gas BBQ grill and a 6-person hot tub. Bluetooth speaker and high-speed internet has been provided for you as well. This space is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults only, no children. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, please use designated area outside with receptacle. No animals of any kind allowed.

**Private community lake access is a pebble beach and swim shoes are recommended. Personal floats allowed, but no fishing in this area.
