For the most discriminating traveler, this unique property sits along 3-mile pristine and swimmable beach approximately 25 meters from the rolling surf. The water sports opportunities are incomparable. Few vacation homes anywhere in the world will provide such expansive opportunities in ocean activities while allowing daily views of kaleidoscopic sunrises and sunsets from the same pool patio.
The quoted rate is for use by up to four guests for an all-inclusive experience per day. ANY ADDITIONAL GUEST ABOVE 4 PERSONS PAY AN ADDITIONAL $500 PER DAY PER PERSON. The charges include exclusive use of the 5 bedroom villa and its accessory architectural amenities, food & beverage including wine, beer, cocktails and after-dinner drinks, in-house butler/housekeeping services, all vehicles and ocean toys/equipment under supervision.

All these are for guests to use without time restriction but can be limited by weather conditions and safety considerations.
