Excellent for boating and fishing and swimming. Rental for all year around excellent snowmobile trails only minutes away. Close to Sir Sams Ski Resort. No Pets or Smoking please. Included is a canoe, alluminum boat, and paddle boat.
Beautiful Picture perfect lake front cottage available for rent on Lake in Carnarvon, just 10 mins North of Minden Ontario; and 20 mins to Haliburton. Cottage is on Little Boshkung Lake and ajoins to Big Boshkung and 12 mile Lake. This is the most desirable 3 lake in the area. Excellent fishing swimming and boating. There is a beautiful screened in eating area for your enjoyment and fabulous huge wrap around deck . Satelite tv dvd and blue ray and included also a large selection of movies and games for those who want to enjoy. Cottage is equipped with everything that you would need for your home away from home. Also available at no extra charge are the use of paddle boat and canoe and 2 kayaks.

Summary: Great cottage to act as a home base for adventures in the Kawartha's region. Nice quiet location , right on the water. Nearby restaurants for those that like to eat out are limited but excellent.
