Positive: The unit was well equipped, and the one thing I thought missing (dish towels) was quickly addressed (although what was brought over wasn't exactly what I was asking for, but it was OK).

Negative: While the basement unit itself was nice, the people living upstairs were very noisy. We arrived at around 9 PM, and the people were stomping and speaking loudly all night, past midnight. (I didn't address it as I kept thinking it was late enough that it would stop soon, but it didn't.). It sounded like there were kids and a dog. The next morning, it started again quite early (around 7 AM). Loud stomping, people groaning ("argh" very loudly), and a chime (like the chime at the end of a laundry load) kept repeating over and over again (were they gaming or something like that?). Again, I didn't address it as we were leaving soon. By the third day, it had quieted down a bit (I suspect there were just fewer people), but the footsteps and talking were still quite loud. I would rate the unit a 9, but overall gave it a 7 due to the noise.

Summary: Nice rental unit, but over-priced and uncomfortable, considering the noise coming from the owners.
