Come enjoy our Lovely Legato unit located in the beautiful Legato condominium complex. This 860 square foot unit is tucked back from the street so is a nice hideaway from the larger busy roads nearby. The are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large wrap-around patio with seating for six. A gorgeous kitchen with all the basics is there for you to cook up your favorites or you can order from the trendy new restaurants next door, across the street, all nearby with shopping, groceries, etc. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and we also have a Lazy Boy queen sofa bed in the living room. You will only need to bring your personal items to this lovely unit. The laundry room is fully equipped for short stays, the kitchen has some coffee, tea, and spices, and the bathrooms have hand soaps.

There is underground parking included in the rental fee as well as a beautiful gym and common area for your use. Within a 10-minute walking radius are all the downtown attractions, and just out your door offers a variety of restaurants, pubs, and shopping.

Summary: Stayed in the property over the long weekend. Check in/out no issue. Management accommodated an early check in and a late check out for us which was very much appreciated. Unit is small but well laid out and very clean. There were 5 adults and we were not crowded. We were out and about most of the time so did not cook. Appliances, dishes and cookware all appeared to be there and in good shape. Weather was quite hot, the fans helped and it did cool down in the evening. Some street, seagull noise but not a big issue--the unit is downtown and that is to be expected. Location is very walkable--you are a few blocks up from the waterfront. London Drugs and a grocery store across the street. As in most cities these days homelessness is evident but we encountered no problems. Security is very good in the building and for parking. Management was very responsive when I had questions and to assist when we had an issue with the TV connection. All in all, this unit was as advertised and we were pleased with it.
