The property is a large, private 2.5 acre, treed waterfront lot, steps from the water and private swimming dock. The 1200 Sq feet cottage features a large open concept area & kitchen with panoramic views of the water from every room. The cottage and its interior has been completely renovated from the ground up (2018). Enjoy the best of PEI cottage life and savor the local attractions.
Upon arrival you will park in the circular private lane. The cottage is nestled under mature pine and spruce trees, and offers secluded relaxation with breathtaking views. Entering the cottage, you are welcomed into the great room featuring rustic overhead beams and a wood burning fireplace. The climate controlled room boasts a large seating area with a 55 inch smart TV and Bluetooth soundbar. The focal point in the great room is the large wall of windows overlooking the water.
A fully equipped modern kitchen offers all new stainless steel appliances and a large island with 4 stools and concrete counter tops. The expandable dining table seats up to 8 people. The master suite offers a king size bed, garden doors with direct deck access, seating area, smart TV, and full en-suite bathroom with large custom walk-in shower. The second king bedroom offers offers a smart TV, luxury furnishings and views of the river. The "bunkie" room features 2 sets of bunk beds which will sleep up to 4, offers a smart TV and X-box with games. The main bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. Full size modern stacked washer/dryer, ironing board & Iron are provided in the utility room.
The cottage boasts Fiber High Speed internet. All Smart TVs are internet only connected and feature Netflix.
The cottage features wrap around decks with a large 6 person hot tub complete with outdoor shower for washing away the sand & salt after a day on our world class beaches. We have a Weber propane BBQ & campfire pit for toasting marshmallows. Or relax in the hammock slung between 2 stately pines. If you walk down to the boathouse, you will find for your use 2- Kayaks, 1- SUP (Stand up Paddle board) and life jackets. Just past the boathouse is your semi-private dock and swimming area.
