The chalet has three floors.
The main floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room. A bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower. There's also an enclosed veranda. The living room has a magnificent wood-burning fireplace.
The mezzanine has an open-plan bedroom with a sofa bed.
The basement has a family room with a sofa bed. A closed bedroom with a child's bed. A powder room. There's also a second fireplace. Access to the spa is directly from the basement patio door.
The spa seats 4 and is accessible year-round.
There's also a large terrace with stools at the water's edge.
The Ouareau River is calm, wide and peaceful. Swimming is also possible.
