The space
This space is the gorgeous basement studio suite under the main house. Guests have access to the entire basement studio with a private entrance. The garden and driveway are for the use of the main house only. The door is located on the left side of the house, right off the driveway, down a few steps. Gain access to this new space using an intelligent lock. Go down one more step to get into the gorgeous basement apartment, all recently constructed in 2022. You are in a bit of entrance space where you can leave your coat and footwear. Immediately to your left, behind the curtain, you will find the bunk beds, which are two twin beds; there is a SmartTv in the bedroom. The closet is a utility closet and not for guest use, but there is an armoire for guests to unpack their belongings. Beside that is the shower bathroom with a lovely rainfall shower head, sink vanity, and a brand-new washer and dryer. Continue into the space, and you will find the powder room (toilet and sink only). In the open-concept living space: full kitchen (all brand new, full-size appliances), eating nook, and living room equipped with a smart TV. The large kitchen counter includes a dining space. To the left of the living room is a bedroom with a queen bed (equipped with a SmartTV), and off of that bedroom is another bedroom with a queen bed. Note: the second bedroom is only accessible through the first bedroom, which doesn't provide complete privacy for couples travelling together. The closets in the second bedrooms are for electrical and plumbing access only, not for guest use.
Guest access
Guests gain access to the studio suite using an access code on a Weiser smart lock. This fresh basement space is located under the main house. Guests have access to the entire basement studio with a private entrance. The garden and driveway are for the use of the main house only.
