This home does not cater to large events. Extra persons can enjoy the home, but the host must be approve any more than 18 people.
Pets are permissible but need to be communicated how many, their size, and they are not to be left alone in the home. Please message us if you have any questions about this.

You are 6 minutes from a Thistle Hill Farm Petting zoo & Pony Rides, 9 minutes from the nearest grocery supermarket, and 30 minutes from the International Airport and the outlet mall, making it an accessible central destination for everyone to gather at.
This home is located towards the end of a Range Road in a rural setting, offering great privacy. There is a pond south of the home making for great views and wildlife, and at the end of the range road is big hay lake. However, it is not a recreational lake.
