Summary: positive:cozy cottage, spacious for 3 people. beautiful sunsets, nice views of the lake. sauna was awesome! nice kitchen, well stocked and functioning. nice deck and screened in gazebo. negative: Building needs maintenance inside and out. needs gardening/lawn care. overgrown bushes and lawn, paint peeling etc. simple repairs needed inside. for example most blinds broken and windows don't open.Definitely not for 10 people unless you want to step over mattresses in the middle of the living room! ( and only one bathroom). Feel sorry for the neighbors if a party of 50 is allowed! That being said, we are northerners and enjoyed our stay. Bonnie was very responsive and in a timely matter.
