This spacious and thoughtfully designed multi-level home offers 4 bedrooms (1 king, 3 queens, and a twin), 2 stylish bathrooms with walk-in showers, a fully equipped kitchen, in-house laundry, and a cozy gas fireplace. With two private balconies, room to spread out, and a layout perfect for families, professionals, or groups, The Bruno blends comfort, style, and convenience just steps from the Bow River and close to downtown.
Guest Access:
Self check-in is easy and secure with a digital keypad — you’ll receive your unique code before arrival, so you can come and go whenever it works best for you. The entire main house, backyard, and hot tub are yours to enjoy during your stay. Whether you’re soaking in the tub, relaxing on the patio, or settling in inside, the space is fully private and reserved for your group.
There is a separate laneway home at the rear of the property (also available for you to book!) with its own private entrance along the side of the yard - it won’t impact your access or enjoyment of the space.

The property has quick access to major roads, dedicated bike paths, and is just a few minutes from public transit stops — including a 10–15 minute walk to Sunnyside LRT station — connecting you to downtown and the rest of the city with ease.
