Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was excellent, the facilities good but the property lacked some basic equipment normally found in let properties.

Negative: The property appeared to have been partly stripped out of contents. Cleaning was OK with most main areas good but some patches had been clearly missed completely . One standard lamp had a plug with broken off prongs which were still lying on the floor. Many 'normal' things were missing eg no washing up or drying cloths. No shower mat. There were only four small glasses and three dinner plates and neither oven trays nor any dishes suitable for use with an oven or grill. We appeared with firewood only to discover the stove chained shut. The beds had linen and a comforter but no blankets nor other bedding. Trying to contact the host to request a top up of items was met with 'leave a message' - there was still no response by the time we left.

Summary: Lovely stay spoilt only by an absence of everyday items
