Spread across two levels, the home provides two distinct areas to unwind after full days on the mountain. The main living room invites you to sink into a large sectional beside the fireplace, complete with a 55" 4K Smart TV and Sonos Dolby soundbar for cozy movie nights. Downstairs, a second space features a 65" 4K TV and Sonos surround sound, giving your group room to spread out, reconnect, or settle in with a warm drink.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen’s Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors create a comfortable setting for preparing meals during the winter season. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast at the bar or gathering around the dining table for eight, the layout keeps everyone close. A balcony just off the kitchen provides fresh mountain air and a BBQ grill when you want to cook outdoors, even in colder months.
Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse sleeps 10 across five bedrooms with five beds and four bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-split bed and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, gas fireplace, and private deck, while a third features another queen bed. On the lower level, two additional bedrooms each offer king-split beds - one with a deep soaking tub ensuite and one positioned near a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets add comfort throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
