Join us for a refreshing & recharging 5-star stay!
Property is private to our guests hidden from neighbors by forestation. The small roadway can be viewed off the dock and a small easement runs through the property to allow a handful of others to access their cottages

Snow clearing for roadway is provided by township. Snow removal for driveway is managed by our team during winter months.
Garage, cleaning closet and crawl space of cottage are off limits to guests.

WIFI services are available in the cottage and the dock area does get strong cell service.
The base guest count is 8, maximum of 10 guests allowed. (Guests 9 & 10 are additional per night fee of $35/night/guest).
Parking for 5-6 vehicles max in designated areas only. (1-2) smaller cars in front of the garage, (1-2) cars in front of the cottage, and (1-3) cars on the gravel to the left when facing the cottage. The easement must remain clear and a parking map is provided to make it easy for you.

- Toboggan sheets to slide across the rolling hills around the cottage (great for children).
- Enjoy the water with our stocked water sports include: (1) paddle board, (1) canoe, (1) paddleboat, oars, and other watersport accessories can be found stored under the cottage. Various life jackets are available too, Safety first!
- Beach access as well (great for small children).
- Fire pit located steps from the water.
- Front deck featuring seating areas off the master bedroom to enjoy morning coffee while taking in the water.
- Large outdoor back deck and grass space include: hot tub, covered and enclosed gazebo, lounge set, patio set, firepit, volleyball, spikeball, ladderball, and cornhole.

The kitchen is completely stocked and equipped. Including: water dispenser (jugs not included), utensils/cutlery, plates/bowls, outdoor plates, cups/glassware, pots/pans, baking ware, tupperware, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster and basic condiments and spices. Children's supplies include: a high chair, booster seat, place mats, bibs, cups, cutlery, plates, and bowls.
Open living room and dining room offer a massive U-shaped couch with 65" TV including satellite cable, Netflix & HBO. Large Windows to view the waterfront and a stunning wooden dining set with 8 seats (extra chairs available).
#1 Master Bedroom includes a queen bed, (1) set of bunk beds, computer station with monitor/keyboard/mouse, walk-in closet, walkout deck, (2) dressers, pillows & linens.

3-Piece bathroom includes a rain head shower spout, wand, and tub filler in a deep tub to have relaxing showers or baths.
Laundry room is accessible through the backdoor mudroom and includes complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. We ask that you please do not run laundry cycles while using any other water fixtures.
