About this space
Come and recharge at our tranquil and grounding home. We have mountains behind us, the ocean in front of us. We are a short walk to the beach and hiking trails. Private room for artists, writers, and lovers of nature.
It is a great getaway. 10 minutes to Horseshoe Bay Ferries to explore the Howe Sound Islands. 25 minutes to Squamish for hiking adventures. 25 minutes to Downtown Vancouver for shopping and site seeing. And under an hour drive to Whistler for skiing.
The space
We are a little house on top of a hill. There's incredible views of Howe Sound. Its a serene location, free from noise and the hustle and bustle of the city. It's perfect for a quick escape...or a long escape if you need to rest and recharge. The room is private with your own bathroom and separate entrance. Or go and relax on our deck and soak in the view and sunshine.
Guest access
Our guests have access to the bedroom, private bathroom, and a recreation area with TV, table for dining or cards etc. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a good hike or day at the beach.
Other things to note
There is NO KITCHEN in the space. However, it does have a microwave, toaster, nespresso machine, electric kettle and fridge. So you can keep your food cold and heat it up as you need. We also have cups, plates, bowls, and cuttlery as well as a cutting board.
Also, we are in Lions Bay, BC which is a unique small mountain and seaside community outside of Vancouver, BC on the way to Whistler, BC. We are in the Mountains, surrounded by a Forest and the Ocean.
