This cottage is located on a 12,000 square foot lot in a cottage subdivision that is quiet and private. Most occupants are full time summer residents.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 1 ¾ bed. The main living space is furnished with all the requirements for cottage living. The floor has been redone with laminate flooring. The washroom is equipped with a four piece jacuzzi bath plus 1/2 bathroom off bedroom.
A large deck will allow you to enjoy those hot summer evenings outside.
The cottage is fully equipped with all linens, towels, face cloths, etc.. A propane Bar B Q, Fridge, and Stove, High Speed Internet as well as a Satellite TV 55 Inch Smart TV
