The space
The home offers a comfortable and flexible layout. On the main level, one bedroom features a private ensuite. Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite with a shower, jetted tub, and bidet. A second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and its own private ensuite.
The loft above the garage is fully equipped with a kitchenette and a full bathroom. It features a separate private entrance and is also internally connected to the main house. The loft provides additional sleeping space suitable for one or two children, allowing for up to 10 guests across the property.
The home features central air conditioning throughout for added comfort during the summer months. Outdoors, enjoy a large yard, the main deck, a beautiful screened gazebo with a large sectional sofa, and an additional beach-level deck—perfect for relaxing and taking in the sunsets.
Guests also have access to two paddleboards, two kayaks - ideal for spotting seals or paddling toward the iconic Panmure Island lighthouse, several bicycles, a BBQ, a variety of outdoor games - hockey, basketball, soccer, badminton, volleyball - and a generous selection of board games.
For those wishing to explore beyond the property, the beautiful Panmure Island Provincial Park beach is just a 2-minute drive away, offering long sandy shores and classic PEI coastal scenery.
