My place is close to town where you can find grocery stores, fine dining, family dining, and even wineries! Nestled in the quaint cottage community of Cedar Island near downtown Kingsville, Ontario, you will enjoy a laid-back atmosphere where the neighbors are friendly and the living is easy. It is right on the lake, with your own private beach and view of Lake Erie. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
The cottage is decorated to have a 'beachy' feel and the countless windows allow you to see the beautiful water from almost anywhere in the house! The back patio is equipped with furniture and a table so you can enjoy all of your meals outdoors, and even a grill to cook them! The beach out front is private (just for you and your guests) which is fun for games, building a fire, and laying in the sun. The master suite even has a deck with a table and lounge chair for additional relaxation!
Please keep in mind that this is a home, and there are personal items throughout the cottage. If this bothers you during your stay, kindly move them out of your sight and put them back once you leave! In addition, we do not have WiFi or air conditioning, but you won't need this when you're relaxing on the beach anyways!
Please note that we have a $200 damage deposit listed on the property. This amount is not collected with your rental payment, but it WILL be enforced for any damages up to that amount. Thank you in advance for respecting the property, and we hope you choose to stay with us!
