Stunning, 2800 sq. ft newly built, waterfront property on Lac Barron in Gore, Quebec. This beauty is located 60 minutes from Montreal and 10 minutes from Morin Heights. The chalet is 8km from the aerobic corridor system network of bike and ski trails. Close to several ski mountains and attractions such as Ski Morin-Heigts, Acro-Kind Circuit, St Sauveur Ski & Water Slide, Mont Avila, Mont Gabriel and 3 spas (Amerispa, Ofuro and Refuge)
The private dock is located directly in front of the chalet, on the other side a very quiet through street. 2 kayaks and a large canoe included in rental. Great lake for swimming and fishing! Lac Barron is a motorized lake, for monthly/seasonal rentals you can bring your boat !
Plenty of room for a group or large family, with 3 living areas, including a pool/ping pong table and a poker table, a flat screen TV in each and includes WiFi and cable TV.
The chalet is 8km of the Aerobic Corridor in Wentworth Nord (175km of biking/walking/cross country/snowshoe trails). Snowshoe and cross-country skiing directly on the lake and nearby.
Linens not included for weekly rentals, however they are included for monthly/seasonal rentals.
