Thanks to its space, layout, use of swimming pool facilities, cozy interiors, unbeatable value for money, Villa Evaggelia 1 is the perfect choice for families, friends, or even couples traveling to the beautiful island of Corfu and that want to be in easy reach of sandy beach as well as facilities without the need to rely on a car. Sleeping comfortably up to 8 people in air-conditioned interiors surrounded by lush gardens, Villa Evaggelia 1 will impress you!

Inside, the villa is set over 1 floor and is surrounded by private terraces. It is conveniently divided into 2 self-contained units (with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, 1 kitchen each) rented together as a whole independent, detached villa for 8 people. This clever design allows our guests to be able to spend pleasant time together yet having the maximum privacy when required or at night. The interiors are fresh, modern, welcoming and airy: the perfect choice for a truly contemporary holiday. Each of the 2 units has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin, the beds can be anyway joined or separated on request), bathroom with shower and window. Outside, extensive terraces as well as gardens with lawn, shurbs, trees and flowers, complement the setting. Here the guests can spend long, unforgettable hours dining together, or relaxing.

Apart from the extensive gardens, guests staying at Villa Evaggelia 1 can enjoy the free use of Ostria Swimming Pool, which is located just 100m from the building. The large pool is open from mid May to the end of September and has snack bar, games, sunbeds and parasols. All our guests have free access to the swimming pool (drinks and snacks can be bought at the local bar).

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week with change of towels. No extras are required locally. A refundable security deposit of euros 300 has to be paid on arrival and is refunded at the end of the stay as long as no damages are done to the property.
