Summary: This was, emphasis on was once a beautiful property. Reviews and the rating stars are of the past not the present condition.the place is rundown, poorly managed and in desperate need of repairs, upkeep, maintenance and updating. It is so filthy, that we tossed the socks we used to walk on the floors. Equipment being old, and the place being filthy was topped by unfamiliar and unhelpful from the staff who attempted to help that seem to be unfamiliar with their property and their job. The carpets were old and dirty, couch was stained all over made you uncomfortable to sit and they laminated floor sticky even when you were walking with your socks on. Lack of care is present everywhere including all the remotes with the battery door hanging and not closing even the replacement ones that they gave us, a broken old coffee pot a percolator one that doesn't work, dry powder milk creamer coffee creamer and a tea selection that is only orange pico and a place that is Kitchener equipped by without a single roll of paper towel or anything to wipe with
