Enjoy optimal comfort year-round with heated floors throughout the house, a heat pump system providing both air conditioning and heating, as well as a gas stove ensuring a cozy warmth even on the coldest winter days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you could desire: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware for preparing delicious meals at home. Outdoor amenities such as the hot tub, barbecue, and gas fireplace are operational year-round, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoor terraces.

The house is located in the mountains (elevation 550 meters) and can be accessed via a private 3-kilometer road. To get there, you must have a car or book a shuttle service directly with us. From April 15th to November 1st, any type of car is suitable for accessing the property.
TAXI and UBER Due to the remote location of the house, it is not advisable to rely on taxi or Uber services for transportation. These services are rare in the area, so it may be difficult or impossible to find transportation and you may have difficulty leaving the house. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding transportation.
SHUTTLE SERVICE: We are delighted to offer a convenient shuttle service to our guests during the winter season! To use this service, please go to 99 Chemin du Moulin, Lac-Beauport, Quebec, where we have reserved free overnight parking spaces for you to leave your vehicle safely during your stay. This location is also our pick-up point for the shuttle. To ensure a smooth experience, simply let us know your expected arrival time, and we will add you to the shuttle schedule. The shuttle service is available at a rate of 50 CAD per one-way trip, or 100 CAD for a round-trip to and from the house. We look forward to assisting you with your transportation needs!
