✦ Indoor Space ✦
Welcome to The Loft.
We tried our best to maximize the space by utilizing every inch of this tiny home as a functional space without making it feel too crowded or confined. While we had to compromise on storage space we did not compromise on comfort. We also added a touch of style and coziness to make everyone feel at home during their stay.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and includes a gas stove, sink, microwave, toaster, and coffee bar. We also provide cream and sugar for coffee, along with cooking oil, salt, pepper, and foil. The dining area features a bar top that can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors.
The three-piece bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and rain shower. One towel and face cloth are provided per guest.
The living area features a gas fireplace, a comfortable built-in sofa with plenty of cushions, and a projector for movie nights with access to Netflix. A mini-split air conditioner keeps the space comfortable year-round.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom offers a queen-size bed beneath a skylight so you can fall asleep under the stars.
✦ Outdoor Space ✦
Enjoy a large covered deck lit with Edison bulbs, complete with a BBQ, wood-fired pizza oven, and bar seating. There’s also a fire pit seating area and a hammock for relaxing.
The Loft is located in a small private RV park with water views and access to the Bay of Quinte. Please note the waterfront is not ideal for swimming. For beaches, visit Sandbanks Provincial Park or Wellington Beach.
