Our one of a kind, beautiful custom built Timber Frame Cottage faces a breathtaking view of the Georgian Bay.
Over 2,500 sqft accommodates 8 people with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious open style living room with beamed cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan, family room, recreation room, a balcony and a deck overlooking the lake.
This cottage provides spectacular views of the Georgian Bay. Panoramic windows in the living room are overlooking the lake and the views are stunning!
Located just 90 minutes away from Toronto, in Victoria Harbour.
A few minutes away from Midland with its restaurants, pubs, Marina, grocery stores, LCBO etc. The area offers many attractions including: Tay Shore Trail, Mount St.Louis Moonstone ski hill (15 min drive), snowmobile trails, Sainte-Marie among the Hurons History Museum, Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre and more.
There is a public boat launch close by -The Albert Street Dock , it is located only 4 min away at 91 Albert Street, in Victoria Harbour
Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating or just relax on the dock. The water is shallow at the shoreline and gets deeper at the edge of the dock.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor. The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare amazing meals.
The ceilings in the cottage are vaulted with large wooden beams that further enhance the look and charm of the open concept living areas.
For your outdoor enjoyment and fun on the lake we offer 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, 4 life jackets (2 adult size and 2 child size), fire pit, Muskoka chairs, large BBQ, flat grassy play area.
If you don't feel like cooking, Midland has plenty of restaurants serving delicious food for all taste and budget.
***Our cottage is open to mature couples and families with responsible adults over 30 years of age. We do not accept groups or parties.
A copy of valid ID is required for all guests planning to stay at the cottage at the time of the reservation.
