The cottage is over 1100 sq.ft. complete with all the amenities of home. The main floor has a spacious living room with fireplace and TV, separate dining room with four chairs, full kitchen with eating bar and stools for convenience. The main bedroom has king size bed and main bathroom is four piece. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The loft has twin beds and TV with full bathroom. The deck at the back is spacious with table, chairs and BBQ for your evening enjoyment. The front deck has a small table and chairs as well. There is storage for bikes, golf clubs and other items beside the house. The parking is in the driveway and in front of our cottage. There are visitor parking spots just steps away. There is internet and cable in the cottage. A 15 minute walk brings you to beautiful Rathtrevor Beach where you will find bathroom facilities, and picnic tables in the shade with a huge tidal beach to enjoy! A 5minute walk to mini golf and bumper cars for the kids. Parksville city centre is 5 minutes by car. Coombs is a delightful place to visit to see the Goats on the Roof....just a 30 minutes drive. Englishman River is a short drive for a lovely hike in the woods. The North Island Wildlife recovery centre is well worth a visit with animals rescued and given a second chance!
