The Grey Oak overlooks the Trout River /Stanley River which is some of the best boating in PEI. The home is equipped with Bell Fibre Op internet, and a work station downstairs. The beautiful custom kitchen is outstanding for entertaining with a 10 foot island, along with quartz countertops, all this and more at the Grey Oak. This home has a master bedroom featuring a ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and walkout onto the deck, and smart TV. A second bedroom with a queen bed and smart TV. The final bedroom has over under double bunk beds, perfect for children along with a desk, and smart TV. This home is a year round rental, and only a 25 minute drive to Summerside and Charlottetown.
