The FEQ Lodge is our tribute to the Festival d 'Été de Québec, which takes place in early July each year in our beautiful city.
The condo is air-conditioned and located on the 6th floor. The building was built in 2022. It includes an elevator, gym, lounge area.
Starting from early may, you can enjoy the rooftop terrace on the 12th floor with an impressive view of the city, a swimming pool, relaxation areas, a fireplace and barbecues at your disposal.
King size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed in the second bedroom. Also queen sized sofa bed. It was chosen for its superior comfort.
Washer-dryer in the apartment. 9 foot ceilings, quartz kitchen counters, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine, air conditioning, Netflix and Prime video and some attention for your comfort!

Summary: Clean, comfortable and stylish apartment. I would stay here again. We also appreciated the close parking and ability to take car easily in and out of garage. I felt safe walking during the day but would not want to walk far in the evening. We walked to the grocery store, two blocks away, when we were chased by a man who was having some kind of mental break. The store had a security guard who saw what was
