House is shared with host upstairs . It is an older cabin style home that offers a separate walkout lower level space separated with a wood board over the stairs. Guest will have access to two private bedrooms , a full bath, small kitchenette, living room, laundry & a patio. Backyard, art garage (next to suite) and dock is all communal shared space. The artist comes to use her space next door from time to time during the day and has access to her own grass area at the side of the house.
Because it is an older home noise can transfer but we are quiet and respectful to guests. I have a small Daschaund that barks sometimes ( if anyone knows the breed they are known for that but I try and keep her as quiet as I can ) Her name is Daisy.
Good light hearted energy looking to share the space with kind people looking for a getaway. It is very casual energy at the house.
