A full-property buyout gives your group exclusive use of The Barn Walla Walla—an intimate seven-suite boutique hotel set across ten acres in Walla Walla wine country. It’s an ideal setting for corporate retreats, golf groups, family reunions, milestone getaways and groups of friends who want to stay together while still having their own private space.
The Barn includes six beautifully appointed Garden Suites plus The Granary, a one-of-a-kind suite built within a converted grain silo. Each has a private exterior entrance, King bed that can be configured as two Twins with advance notice, en-suite bathroom and private Zen garden with its own hot-water outdoor shower. Original artwork, thoughtful design and individual color palettes give each suite its own personality.
At the heart of The Barn is Julian’s Hall, your group’s private gathering space with soaring ceilings, a fireplace, comfortable seating and live-edge black walnut tables—perfect for morning coffee, catered dinners, team meetings or evenings together after a day of wine tasting.
Outside, your group has exclusive use of the seasonal heated pool and hot tub, covered veranda, courtyard, fire pit, Pushpa’s Pond and landscaped grounds, along with bocce, croquet, cornhole and lawn bowling. Settle onto the patio with your morning coffee or a glass of wine and take in views toward the Blue Mountains.

Welcome to The Barn. We want your stay to feel relaxed, peaceful, and effortless. As an intimate boutique property, we kindly ask that you keep these few guidelines in mind during your stay.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure requests must be approved in advance and may include a fee.
REGISTERED GUESTS
Full-property reservations are limited to the registered guests included with your reservation. While The Barn is typically an adults-only property, younger guests may be considered for full-property reservations with prior approval. Any additional visitors must also be approved in advance.
SUITE OCCUPANCY
Each suite accommodates a maximum of two registered guests. Rollaway beds and additional sleeping accommodations are not available. All overnight guests must be included on the reservation.
GATHERINGS & GROUP STAYS
Full-property buyouts are well suited for corporate retreats, family reunions, and other approved group stays. The Barn is not available for weddings or wedding ceremonies. Any gathering that includes guests beyond those registered to stay at the property must be approved in advance.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of the property and surrounding area throughout your stay.
SMOKING & VAPING
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside guest suites or indoor common areas. A minimum $250 fee may apply for violations.
PETS
Pets are not permitted at The Barn.
POOL & HOT TUB
The heated outdoor pool and hot tub are available May through October from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for your registered group. Please follow all posted pool and hot tub guidelines.
GUEST SPACES
Your full-property stay includes access to The Barn’s courtyard, covered porch, fire pit, pond, lounge, library, gardens, and pool area. Please leave these spaces as you found them.
Guests also have 24-hour access to the microwave, toaster oven, and ice.
PROPERTY GATE
The main property gate closes daily at 10:30 PM. When entering or leaving after that time, please re-close the gate at the driveway post behind you.
EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located on The Barn grounds. Two cameras monitor the parking areas, and one overlooks the courtyard, including the pool and hot tub area. Cameras are located outdoors only and do not monitor the interior of guest suites.
PHOTOGRAPHY & COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial photography, filming, private events, or other commercial use of the property is not permitted without prior approval.
DIRECT BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
Reservations booked directly through WWVacay or The Barn Walla Walla are subject to our direct booking cancellation policy. The $10 booking fee and payment processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 are incorporated into the reservation rate and are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
