Summary: It wouldnt take much at all to make this a 5 star review. They have great staff, clean comfotable rooms, decent breakfast. However, I booked a business room. There was no pen, paper, or desk phone. Also, no in room coffee maker. The jacuzzi was still cold, like it was last yesr.
