Superb location, ground floor, airconditioned, 3 bedroom apartment with large terrace giving spectacular views across the Argolic Gulf and down to the beach below. The sunrise and views are magnificent. The apartment will sleep 6 comfortably in a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living area for an extra person or child. The living area leads outside to the private terrace which has a large outdoor table with sunshade and seating for 6.
There is a well equipped kitchen with modern facilities fitted including full size cooker and fridge freezer. The living room has comfortable chairs, a dining table with chairs, satelite TV, books and magazines. The shower room has a toilet, wash basin and shower and there is a separate WC room with toilet, wash basin. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. All linen, cooking utensils and crockery are included.
