An open-concept, two bedroom suite in a newly built home with its own private entrance, a mini-deck, and ample street parking. The neighbourhood of Fairview has great views and is very close to downtown, lakeside park, and the rail trail. Whitewater ski resort is a 20 minute drive, and there are mountain biking trails and tennis courts just above our property.
The suite is situated within a relatively new and modern building that has two suites total. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and another bedroom with two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king size bed if needed. The living area is an open concept space with the kitchen, dining, and living area all in one common room. The house was built in 2018 and has concrete floors with radiant heat, a fully stocked kitchen for those who like to cook, and in-suite laundry.
