Summary: We had to wait for the office staff to return to check us in. They did not have any of my information on hand- I had to write out everything and tell them how much I paid at which point they became more service-oriented/ polite. We were given some extra towels and assigned a room close to the office because the wi-fi further away wasn't good. The people in the room next to us were friendly but were smoking pot the whole time- and with thin walls the scent was high. No safety lock on the inside of the suite door, which in this neighbourhood we felt was definitely needed. A good thing we brought our own bed sheets and disinfectant wipes for every high touch surface including the fridge. It was really hot and humid and it took us a while to figure out how to get the room cooled using the small window air conditioner. Definitely over priced for what it was. $70-90/night would be a more reasonable range.
